Vercel Inc., our processor under Art. 28. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses; ask us for a copy.

If you email us

We use your message and contact details to reply — Art. 6 (1) (f), or Art. 6 (1) (b) where the enquiry concerns a contract — and delete them once the matter is closed and any statutory retention period has run. Reports of impersonation may be passed to law enforcement, registrars and hosting providers in order to get fraudulent content removed.

Your rights

Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18) and portability (Art. 20): privacy@opencanopy.dev. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Your right to object

Everything above rests on our legitimate interests. You may object to that processing at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). We will then stop, unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
